Starla Straub is from Florence, Alabama. They moved up to Maine to escape some of the heat. They’re 19, and have been writing since they were a little kid. It's always been an outlet for them when they really didn't know how to express what they were feeling. It's allowed them to say things out loud to people that they wouldn't ever get to say otherwise.
