In 2023, two friends decided to write a poem every time they swam. They both love swimming in open waters and they swam a lot that summer, sometimes alone, sometimes together, and they wrote a lot of poetry as a result of the challenge they gave themselves. A selection of poems became this book - a conversation between two friends, about friendship, swimming, and life.
Come hear them read on Sunday, August 11th. Come early and bring a picnic and swim, and join us at 2:00 at the bandstand for poetry.
